Booking.com makes changes to the types of cancellation and prepayment policies that it will support on its platform.

If you are using Booking.com, please do read this article to make sure you are aware of the changes to their policies.

These changes will take place from 6 April 2021 and we recommend that you check and update your policies accordingly.

Booking.com have said that they will no longer support policies involving certain cancellation fees and prepayments.
